On Friday, November 8, at 7:00 p.m., we would like to welcome all of you to Selva Grill & Lounge (Main Street location). Dahlia and Jeremy look forward to this opportunity to spend quality time with all of you before the big day. The wedding ceremony will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 9, at the Ringling Museum of Art. Guests should arrive at the entrance of the Ringling Museum of Art at 4:45 p.m., where they will be shuttled to the Ca’ d’Zan terrace for a short ceremony overlooking the water. Cocktail hour to follow as the sun sets over the Sarasota bay. After cocktail hour, guests will be shuttled back to the museum of art for the reception in the courtyard. Please note: It is an outdoor venue, so dress accordingly. Ladies, a warm shawl or an evening coat is recommended. The daytime in November is warm, but when the sun goes down, it gets a bit chillier. Plenty of heat lamps will be available! There will be no official wedding events on Sunday, so you can relax and enjoy Sarasota!

Either the Sarasota-Bradenton International airport (SRQ) or the Tampa International Airport (TPA). The closest airport to downtown Sarasota is the Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport (SRQ). It is about 15 minutes from the Hyatt Regency, Art Ovation and the Aloft Hotels. The Tampa International Airport (TPA) is about 1 hour away, and is also a great option.

Room blocks have been reserved at the Hyatt Regency Sarasota ($199 + tax), Aloft Sarasota ($189+ tax)and the Art Ovation Hotel ($289 + tax) in downtown Sarasota. In addition, transportation has been arranged for all guests to and from the wedding from these three hotels. It is recommended that you stay in or as close to downtown Sarasota as possible so you do not have to rent a car.

Transportation will be provided to all guests from the downtown hotels (Hyatt, Aloft and Art Ovation) to and from the wedding. For those driving to the wedding, there will be complimentary valet on-site. Please note: The welcome party on Friday night is steps away from both hotels — a less than five minute walk.

We ask that our very short ceremony (and our ceremony only) be a no-cell phone zone. Talented photographers and videographers will be there to capture our once-in-a-lifetime moment. Once the ceremony is over, please take as many photos of the rest of the night as you can! We will love to see them!

As much as we love and cherish spending time with your little ones, children will not be invited to the wedding events. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help you secure child care at home or in Florida for the weekend.
